After having a VERY trap shy rat come and go out of our attic for over a month, I finally got him last night thanks to things I learned from watching your channel. After a long process of trail and error, I found where he was coming he, did the exclusion work, and once he was trapped in he finally went for one of the many rat traps I had up there. He wouldn't even get near them any of the other days in the last month.

I have greyhounds, and I'm all for the lurching. But that tin worries me. their skin is so thin and tears easily. Good video and the dogs are loving it.

Yes I want more of these! so exciting to see working dogs and minks. Boo hiss for You Tube trying to exclude them. If it offends you? don't watch! my Dad ha a dairy, we never had rats, until a potato processing businee moved into the building across the street. After that it was a battlefor a few months. Then Dad boght land in Sun City CA. and built a new dairy, leaving the rats behind. I feel for the people who lived in the housing tracks that suround that potato processer.

This shows close up what I've wondered about for ages... to avoid being bitten by the rats the dogs pull their lips way back, and presumably their tongues as well, and open and close their teeth on the rat several times in quick succession, killing the rat without damage to themselves.

I never thought that mink man would ever have a dog to match Sherni, but I must admit that he does have an equal dog in Bindi. All of his dogs are good, but she is a joy to watch, for her teamwork and intelligence.

Reminds me, of my 1/4 Patterdale, 1/4 Pitbull, 1/2 Jack Russell. Would be on them. Sometimes a big one would bite his lips, the stinking rat wouldnt let go. He would slam it, hold it down his paw, rip his own lip. Then? Wouldnt kill it, he'd bust all its legs, or if one woild realy piss him off? Fillet the back straps off. In about a second each, and leave it there. Stripped to the bloody boneback alive. An would slurp them juicy straps down. All terrier breeds. The P.D. for longer legs to J.R. and the P.B. just like an injection of extra LiL muscle and bite! Quite the combination, I sure would like to get another one like that one.
