Winona broke into a million pieces after this man. She was going to marry him, and then after that breakup, she stated she would never get married. The heartbreak she went through completely changed how she felt about love and commitment. Johnny himself spiraled as well, drug abuse and alcohol.. its a domino effect. I still stand by my opinion.. They are were and still are soulmates.
People should have shut the hell up and minded their own business. 28 yearold man and 19 yearold woman getting married actually works out great for both of them. Men mature slower and take longer to hit their prime and women hit their peak attractiveness at 18-24. For thousands of years women were getting married as teenagers to older more established men and female happiness rates were much happier and divorce was uncommon. Now society shames women who want to get married young rather than sleep around until their 30s before trying to get married when they're less attractive, have limited time to have kids, and can't get the same quality of husband as they could have when younger. I dont understand people's rationale when they say "too young to get married." If you're old enough to have s -ex, have children and move in together, why can't you get married.
