Fuck! I’d be happy to hit the bottom of a beer can on the first shot with a handgun at that range, let alone a sling shot. I’m thinking this guy’s skill set is more than just welding!

Nice shooting. I'm getting in good experience with the TigButton, finally. Doing dissimilar joining, aluminum to aluminium. Sure helps field welding. Almost half a bottle of argon so far.
Hey Aaron, I'm beating the frame all to crap with some shots (I'm hitting targets with others). Other guys say use a different grip, a braced grip. You don't use a different grip. What's going on?
Each video that you make is extraordinary, I try to have your level with TIG welding, but I am good, very very very far from your results. I love the making of your slingshot. Too bad the fact that I live in France I can't order one from you. Either way, it's a great job.
I've had it for a while now and am getting better with it. It's beautifully made and works great but, I'm having a hard time keeping the bands attached. Is there a secret? I have them looped as shown on yours. Thanks!
Seat the Paracord in further. Pull each side of each band a few times harder and get the Paracord squishing all the way through the center a little bit. Do it slowly and you can see it slide in deeper. Hopefully that makes sense. If you do it right and do not dry fire it without ammo, you'll never have one pop out.
The 6061 logo is purposely machined into the side facing away from you (to minimize distraction while aiming). I catered to all you dang right-handers!
I'll make a video on it. I hold it as shown in the video thumbnail, and anchor the ammo/pouch right against my top molar tooth, right below my cheek bone. Do it CONSISTENTLY REPETITIVE a few thousand times, and you'll get dialed in.

If you've shot enough cans you won't "fall for" the string trick. It's blatantly obvious every single time. Like when someone gets his hat shot off, and all those other hollywood cowboy stunts. But it's just a movie and extreme realism doesn't improve the drama/entertainment value. There was no string on Aaron's can.
