In my personal opinion, Genos is the best character in the game by far. First of all, it gets 2 excellent passives. One being an exploding side dash, which can easily catch your opponents off guard AND stun them, as well as another passive that gives you back ALL your moves if you kill someone with the moves on cooldown. Although it's spammy, (i know), the base moves are so good and inflict tons of damage. The ultimate for Genos is really good as well. Especially for public servers. If you kill a person with ult, I believe you get 2 of your ULT moves back, which is broken to me. Overall, just learn Genos, it's overpowered in my opinion. :)
I personally really like Atomic Samurai, I've mastered Atomic Samurai and Garou. This character is really underrated. The passive ability is amazing for people who can't take a loss.

Heres my comment: I agree with the list but theres some flaws, I would swap genos to garou, Because If you know how to use Genos correctly its insane, An example of this is the damage(2 moves can deal 60% And is unescable) Garous max combo damage is only 80-90% damage And is not very beginner friendly, While a basic combo from genos could do a 90-100% While being easy to perform unlike garou's. Also the m1 of genos is faster than garou so it punish agressive garou's, The counter is also useless if you know hoe to counter bait. Plus the kyoto combo is bad for real fights, Because it deals less damage unlike some basic combos from garou. Basic combo for genos that is easy to perform (0-100) M1 3x, 1move, m1 4x, 2move, dash, m1 4x, 4move, then end with 3 move , See how its not that complicated
