I've found out about many who are here illegally for many years that were deported eventually. My suggestion is to ensure his attorney work on helping this man’s anchor babies to also be with him so to not be separated. I refuse to believe it takes 30 years to be in a good legal status. He seems like a good man, but 30 years to prove he was legitimately trying to be legal is not going to make an effective case for any judge to hear and allow in good faith. I feel bad for him, but this is the law. If an exemption is made with his case, then just about every case is going to be affected, which is humanly impossible to keep tab of.
They look like a nice and decent family. Unfortunately, like marriage certificates that don’t seem significant to many Americans, legal documents are still required by law.

30 years ago and you never paid American Visa. you owe the USA thousands of dollars
He’s had 30 years to make it right if it was not important enough to do that ..then he should go back.
They look like a nice and decent family. Unfortunately, like marriage certificates that don’t seem significant to many Americans, legal documents are still required by law.
THIS MAN HAS BROKER THE LAW FOR 30 YEARS. HOW DOES HIS LAWYER EXPLAIN!????
Illegal is illegal.
You don't have to be separated from your kids, take your whole family with you..😂🎉
He said ... "Look at every case" instead of just deportation illegal? You're so selfish! Did you paid enough taxes to help with the cost to look into for each "illegal" case?
THINK! and THINK!
Shame on you!
They can go with him.
We have to protect our country.. that’s the bottom line.
Sorry my Asian friend.
I came here 48 years ago legally! The word is legally!!!
I wouldn't want to leave my kids either. So, take them with you and come back legally or stay in China and enjoy a wonderful life with your family. I hope for the best ❤
China is actually a beautiful country.
The pasture is always greener on the other side😅
He has been here 30 years, he should have been working on his citizenship already! Why did you wait?
He had 30 years to become a legal citizen, and didn't. Not our problem. Bye, bye, you can take your family with you. Consequences of coming to another country illegally.
one speeding ticket away from deportation
They voted for it and now they are crying, it will be a lot of weeping. If he had a Deportation Order 15 Years ago then he should have left, this could really mess him up
Wei Zheng get your affairs in order. Sad situation, but that was the choice you made. 😢
Get a us citizenship
I think Trump said families wouldn't be split up. If one person is deported, the whole family is. It's up to them if they stay together or not
HERE IN Philippine, we American Foreigners have to report to immigrations every 2 months and pay for Visa fees, they never say it's okay, you can stay in Philippine illegally
Ask Kamala for help. She’s only black on Fridays
I like the second part of your comment 😂
He should have taken advantage of amnesties!
I paid multiple times for my green card and applied for citizenship and studied to pass it! He had many years to save up and paid ! I barely ate so I can pay my papers! I don't feel sorry for him! I alone work for my kids but chose to be frugal so we can pay and follow the law! What an excuse is crazy!
Break the law, pay the price!
Why would you make this public? 🤦♀️
He needs to go, illegal is illegal.
Are the Chinese thriving country, what's wrong with going back to China, I thought China's economy is booming and everything going good.
He's been here 30 yrs and never applied for U.S citizen??? who's fault is that.. Should of thought about it..
did you even listen to what was said?
😊😊😊 call ICE... I'm Chinese descent but did legal and lawful immigration. 30 years do nothing so pathetic
Chinese is nationality not "descent" , thank u
@@bota02i that's me he's illegals... And I'm with trump and tom Homan deports all illegals
You are done, buddy! How you didn’t do anything over these years
He’s been here for 30 years, and he is not a criminal. He should be able to get US citizenship.
GO HOME! Its your home. Take them all with you… still one big happy family.
Ypu dont need to worry about your father being deported and you staying here because you have the choice to leave with him, everyone can go together. The coice is ypurs.
As a Legal immigrant myself, we had to follow the rules and law to come here legally. My sibling had to wait for 20 years just to come here Legally, How is this guy an exception?
Is her dad a citizen if hes not am sorry unfortunately he has to go .. if your mom is a citizen or naturalized Citizen you can stay but your dad has to go cuz he has to fix his papers..
He needs a good lawyer. If he is married to a US citizen, the spouse just needs to apply an I-130 and I-485! The key is for him NOT to LEAVE the country or else he will face a 3-10 year ban from coming back.
So he did receive the final order of removal, then what was the complaint about? Seriously! He had 30 years to make whole process legally but failled to do it. He should blame nobody but himself.
If your not a citizen get out
