Are you going to credit me the postage to return this product. This was false advertisement. I should not have to pay to return the used product that I purchased NEW. Sending me just your address without a response to what happened is unacceptable. You are selling a product as NEW and it is USED.
Ken: i sent you pictures of the wheels that had hair in the ball bearings and they were filthy. Not to mention used. I want a refund. Please reply to my email. I am going to dispute this with my credit card.
Ken, i sent you an email, but I have not had a reply from you. For the amount of $175, I would think the rollers would be new and they were not. That is disappointing. Can you please send new rollers? If not we will return the used product that you claim to be new..
