Really unique , effective and elaborate simple.thanks I have shifted to traditional indian flour like jau (barley) , channa , ragi etc but not successful in making a roti like wheat from them. Worldwide people are moving to such healthier foods but only people from pre 1950 know really how to make good soft phuli hui roti out of them. Could you do a video on ea h or mix of these especially jau , channa , ragi and bajra roti. It would realy make a difference
