From what I have heard on other reviews, this TV does allow you to plug in a wireless or wired keyboard and/or mouse. This would make the web-browsing feature much easier and more likely to be used.
I've not set up my internet on my TV yet but I'm excited to do so!. Can you watch a DVD and use the internet at the same time?, also can't you just type letters with the numbers on the remote control like you would do with a mobile phone? or do you have to select every letter with the arrow as shown ?. Hi HappyB, it appears that the P46G25 is a model from 2010? That would explain why you aren't seeing a web browser feature on it. 2012 models all have the web browser included. You said you just got it? Was the TV used? Cause if you bought it new someone ripped you off and you should definitely go back and demand a refund. Thanks for the info on the keyboard working though.
I can sign into Amazon, but that is it, it has errors every time I try to login into UA-cam acct. I hope Panasonic will update their TV, but I'm afraid they will never do it and now you can't login to youtube ever

i just brought this TV secondhand but in great condition 39” Smart VIERA LED TV TX-L39E6B it was brought by the original owner in 2015, the question i would like to ask is - why doesn't it support google chrome app and why is youtube not showing and why is Facebook and twitter not showing either, i have check the update software and it is up to date, so why am i having problems, oh also its saying the viera link is not featured, and ive checked the link in the menu and it is on. i want an explanation why is this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh yeah also wheres the rest of the apps???????????

Panasonic should have class action lawsuit against them. They took away functionality with firmware update. Sony was faced with same problems with PS3 and they put it back Panasonic needs to put back youtube
I simply wont EVER buy another Panasonic TV because of this reason.. They took away functionality that was there plain and simple. Thats WRONG!!! I bought two very expensive plasma in 2008 & 2009 and now Im screwed in 2016 becuase they wont update firmware.
My Netflix works fine whether I use Netflix App in Panasonic Plasma tv itself OR if I use Netflix App through my Cox Contour box.

AntrAcsA Viera Cast was Panasonic's poor attempt at creating a media device. I just got an $150 dollar apple tv....... BAM! Best thing on the market. Between the new VLC app that plays all video file format (i.e. mkv files)on my network drives and the new Plex app....... IT'S PERFECT.

how do you get Hulu ?
I don't think Hulu is supported anymore because of the age. My UB420 (same interface) doesn't have Hulu.

I've just got a viera tv second hand but new. I'm shocked at how dreadful the internet option is. It had a mock up showing UA-cam Netflix etc and looked quite good. After loading my WiFi I made the fatal mistake of accepting an update from them. Bam! Crap. Every bastard is trying to sell you rubbish these days, and it makes me sick. I get the choice of Chinese propaganda news, Bollywood, or outrageously expensive public domain movies of appalling quality, and the Autism channel. Jesus.

I just got a P46G25. Wireless USB keyboard works with UA-cam and Pandora, not Hulu Plus though. The web browser app is nowhere to be found. I think Panasonic may have done away with it.

The guy said it was the top of the line model and I thought $1695 was a fair price. Just kidding, I picked it up on clearance for next nothing over a year ago and I'm just now getting around to playing with it.

Ana Rodrigues depends on ur model like I have 2017 Panasonic viera dx600 which is way more better because it have exact components as nvidia shield

Regarding the web-browser, can you go to a webpage like CBS.com and stream shows like "The Big Bang Theory" directly from CBS.com. Hulu Plus allows for most shows through the APP, but some networks like CBS don't allow their shows on Hulu. A built in TV web-browser that can play CBS content could get around that problem, therefore allowing for all shows that get posted to the parent website. So even if the browser is "clunky" for web-surfing, it would be very helpful for website streaming.

DO NOT BUY. Panasonic Viera TV's are restricted as hell. Most UK models can't even get Netflix. Just some shitty apps like 'The Austism Channel' or gimmicky games.
A smartv viera e uma droga uma porcaria detestei. Ela é horrível só tem app pago e quando não é pago não presta não tem atualizações e não tem Spotify. Fora que não conecta o celular nela ..............
