Consistency is what you show in your videos. After the wood cutting tutorial and knots video you do what you teach when setting up camp and procuring firewood. 🤙
I stole the fist pump from you, now when I see another 4Runner at a light I do this. My channel has a lot of the 4Runner subscribers. I’m always watching knot tying videos over and over and I always compare them to your simple ones in your knots video but I also like when you show tying them when you’re setting up camp. 🤙 cool as hell! Hey you’re doing an exemplary job raising that boy too. You’re good people brother 🤙
Thank you Tim, glad you fist pump and you didn't steal it! Keep up the 4Runner channel and what you enjoy, that vehicle is great out here in the PNW for good reasons, I have always wanted to buy one but haven't pulled the trigger. Really appreciate that you like what I'm doing with my kids, it's so much fun.
Pyramid tent pitching 101 Stake out the 4 corners to form a square. THEN insert pole. Tighten 4 corners to form smooth flat tent. Add the other stakes and guyouts
I saw somewhat of a view and that looks like a nice spot you picked. Where was this, was it in the east? I have a Seek Outside XL stove that has done me well for a few years. Nice camp, seemed pleasant setting up with no wind.
It was a nice day with little wind in northern Idaho, we had a couple rewarding views during the hike and my son said, "I wish mommy was here." Too bad she couldn't come our that weekend! I would like to get the XL stove for a longer burn time
@@SurvivalSchoolHouse I once got a few hours, I’m not sure. Fell asleep around 12-1 and woke up somewhere close to 5 AM. Stayed warm and eventually woke up cold, I only had blankets. Never paid much attention again. I have a good sleep system now and I just pass out as the fire is dying. Wake up comfortably with a freezing tent and just re light. I feed it wood without paying attention. I also broke the old butterfly spark arrestor and got the new design but never went out this year to utilize the wood burning control properly.
Nice, that's what I found out as well, you still need a good sleep system but my green canvas hex tent with the liner is the warmest one I have, my big wall tent stove can be banked and last 8 hrs and actually put just enough heat to keep warm, wall tents aren't as warm with their high ceilings.
@@SurvivalSchoolHouse I have a double wall nylon three season tent that I modified. It fits me and my gear. It’s so small it’s easy to heat. The stove was originally bought to fit a bigger three season teepee that I modified for a friend and I. It’s really too big for my personal tent but I’m not buying another one and it does have a nice cooking surface. 8 hours is nice, that’s up there with the Vermont Castings catalytic stove in my snowmobile camp house in Maine 😊❤️🇺🇸❄️☃️🛷🔥⛺️🌄

Beautiful place is very good for camping and cook food alone.
The hike was great, we gained a bunch of elevation and got a good view out of it
Keep Surviving… love it 😎

Thank you David, I will do it better next time.
I was mostly joking with you. But it is easier to do that way...
Looks like a good time, was that elk for dinner?
Not this time, just chewy bacon wrapped steak haha.
Mama mia vă rog frumos vreau si eu o asemenea tehnologie. Datim adresa de unde o pot cumpăra. Vă rog mult. Cu multă respect.
Seek outside Redcliff tent and titanium wood stove from them as well.

How long a burn time do you get with that one?
