this is the kinda music that should be played on the radio, we have no rock stations here except for classic rock its unbelievable how people have no idea this kind of music exists
Just a beautiful song, speaks to anyone who has been down to the lowest places, whether through addiction or other life-altering mistakes. It doesn't matter what your religion, this is just a positive message.
I remember getting their self titled album when it first came out. It always resonated with me even after I left the church. Now nearly 20 years later as I circle back and find myself and my place in the spiritual realm, a deeper meaning has been revealed to me. 🖤💪🤘
This is one of, objectivly speaking, DH signature songs, like Not Ready to Die or Death. But on my personal taste, this is THE DH signature song. Just sum up all that makes DH themselves, the taste that remains on the band even after the line-up changes.
I'm glad that are other people that aren't Christians that enjoy this band. These guys are awesome, and I feel lucky to have seen them when they toured for this album. Good times.

I'm still yet to be free of the effects of it ... I keep falling for the same stupid traps, time and again, and falling back into my old ways. I'm so tired. I don't want to be an addict anymore ... I just want to be happy.
I think they're referring to the fact that Demon Hunter is technically a Christain Band.... because everyone has to mention that at some point in every one of their songs that they have faith in God. Apparently it's mandatory and will never EVER get old.

Totally! Anything from Amon Amarth-Nothing like Viking Metal to get a swift kick! In This Moment had a good mix of melody with heavy riff back ups. And ...Really anything Demon Hunter. Static X has they're good ones too.

I could tell this was from the first album cuz Ryan Clark sounds a little younger here. :) somehow that makes me feel happy. I'm pro'lly just tired, haha.
