There was a tremendous variety of food and beverage available for sampling.
Barbeque, TexMex, American, Southern American, Italian, Pizza, Soups, Sushi, Deserts, and it goes on and on. There were 3 huge tents with booths hosting about 40 chefs from Austin's premier restaurants and 50 or so of the finest beverages from across the nation. A gastronomical extravaganza!
