      If Colby makes is to the 3rd round, Khamzat is gonna get out worked and made to look silly, if not then Khamzat should win by TKO. Colby would dominate all the fighters Khamzat has beaten except Burns, but not as quick and as good as Khamzat

      I feel like khamzat may be able to overwhelm colby early but if colby can survive the first 7 mins with out taking too much damage then he rag dills khamzat due to khamzat being fatigued from dumping all his energy early as he always does.

    Good breakdown. One thing people don’t seem to mention is Chimaev knocked burns down with a jab. Dude may have equal or more power than Usman. This may make Colby shoot from further away like he did in Usman fight, which led to him being taken down. And think Chimaev can defend takedowns better than Woodley and Masvidal. Gas tank is the worry for Chimaev.

    • @208flatheads3
      @208flatheads3 2 роки тому +1

      Burns has been dropped multiple times every fight in his last 3.. the dudes chin is horrible I honestly thought maybe chimaev doesn't have that crazy power at 170 like he does at middleweight.. he couldn't knock out one of the chiniest guys in the division but 1 punched ko'd one the most durable guys in the ufc in a weight class above

    • @ARR409
      @ARR409 2 роки тому +5

      @@208flatheads3 Burns has one of those odd chins like Oliveira and Volkanovski where if you hit them good they get dropped quite easily but never go completely out cold. But yeah, the weight cut for sure depletes Khamzat’s punching power like it did to Rumble Johnson when he was cutting down to Welterweight. It also seemingly depleted Chimaev’s stamina. Honestly, he should stay at middleweight. He’s more dangerous and it would be a way easier division since there aren’t many high level wrestlers there. The only guy who I think would be a stylistic nightmare for him would be Robert Whittaker.

    I personally think it'll turn into a kickboxing match which is not Colby greatest asset. And khamzat has power and is a killer. I think he's the bigger guy and longer guy and has amazing wrestling i think Colby would be risking it to shoot in. I think Khamzat TKO him within 2 but if it passes that i got Colby by decision

      Colby basically kickboxed Marty twice, Dos Nachos, Lawler but we still say his kickboxing. The man has the most strikes landed in a fight. Not everyone will strike like Izzy.

    • @Trevor_Marines

      @@mfundimkhize3137 People think that because he doesn't strike from a traditional boxing stance and he doesn't knock everyone out that his stand up sucks. He's going to bat Khamzats head around like a cat playing with a toy.

    Colby Is going to get spanked tbh, 155 moving to 170 vs khamzat who is used to wrestling at 205, he’s going to make light work of colby. He learned from his fight against burns that he needs to go straight to grappling and dominate from the jump instead of exchanging and taking a lot of damage. I believe this will be his game plan going forward, i love the way he grapples so it’ll be fun to watch

    khamzat is 3" taller and has a 2" reach advantage. how is everyone saying he is way bigger than Colby? Khamzat will have to drop 20-30 lbs. that sounds like an advantage for Colby.

    I’m still up in the air about who would win. I lean towards Khamzat if he chooses to make the weight. Colby actually has pretty good striking. It’s just wild and not very powerful but he throws punches in bunches overwhelming his opponent into his takedowns. Khamzat didn’t make weight on purpose so if he wants the fight he will make it.
