Probably you have too much of free time or you have never seen a sleeper bus before. The features you are sharing is what a kid too knows these days. There is nothing special in the coach outside or inside. There is no rear camera too for safe reversing or to watch the rear vehicles while changing lanes. The curtains are miss match in colours. The attendant will see you for first two trips. Then attendant will never ever switch it on and will shout at you if you request for a loo stop.
