Moving to Laguna Niguel? Take a Drive With Me First!

Are you thinking about moving to Laguna Niguel? Do you want to know more about Laguna Niguel before you take the leap? Well before you jump right in, get to know the city of Laguna Niguel with me, Randy Ora and drive the most traveled streets in the city. I will take you from getting off the freeway at Crown Valley Parkway.... the only Laguna Niguel offramp, and head to the coast in Dana Point. Just so you are aware; Crown Valley Parkway is the main street that travels from the Interstate 5 to Pacific Coast Highway. We travel just about a mile through Dana Point and then travel down the coast a bit before returning to Laguna Niguel. Along the way, I will point out areas of interest, shopping areas, our new City Hall and some of the great neighborhoods you might consider if looking for a home to purchase in the Laguna Niguel area. You will notice the green lush landscape throughout the city reflecting the coastal weather we enjoy. On this summer day, note the drop in temperature as you drive just a few minutes from inland on the boarder of Mission Viejo to the coastal area of Laguna Niguel and Dana Point. If you are considering moving to Laguna Niguel, I have lived here over 30 years and know the area like the back of my hand. Come along with me for a drive through the city of Laguna Niguel.
