I've seen some baristas put the sugar in with the milk and then steam it so it dissolves as the milk is heated. I personally think its a neat trick and might save some time. Maybe give it a try and see how it works out! 😁
Just realize that you have a YT channel about making coffee. I've been swing by several occasions last week. Very nice coffee and good customer service. I think I saw the new girl. Good tutor 😄 I'll definitely come to your cafe if I go to CBD. Good work and good video 👍

Hi there, thank you so much :) Yes, I got my barista certificate from TAFE, but to be honest, I learned a lot by actually working as a junior barista. The course only taught me on some basic skills that somehow still not enough for me to get started working as a barista. By starting a role in a junior barista position, I could learn from an expert and improve my barista skills :) Good luck :)
