How do you download the showfile, the link below redirects me to a website with many documents but I cannot seem to download any of them, if I do it says error and some of type of 3rd party is required to download. Any suggestions?

cool video series ..... I have a question, I have a show file in a CPIX4 in it, which is displayed correctly in 3D as a matrix, that is, I can control each of the 16 LEDs. Now I have the latest version of the GMA2onPC installed and when I create a new showfile and take a CPIX4 from the library that is represented as a surface. Now my question, how can I export the fixture from the showfile and install it in the library of the newer GMA2onPC? Or can I take the CPIX from the MA-Share net? Since I get only xml files and the files in the library directory are xmlp files. Can you possibly make a video this time? I hope you can help me.

Hey there! Across showgirls you’ll have to reconnect the two, but only if you choose to “clear network” settings when creating a new show. But generally yes.

Hey Ekin, thank you so much for the kind words! You want to move the file into the GrandMA2 Showfolder, not the 3D Showfolder. Once you have a session going the data will be transmitted to GrandMA3D automatically!
@@aGuyNamedJonas Yes, oh my God, it was wrong file, now I could it, thank you. Then second problem is, I clicked set up, MA network configuration, I saw yes and guest words but it doesn't turn to green sentence . And IP adresses are the same that is 127.0.0.1

Thank you for tutorials, they are very helpful. Do you know if there is anywhere I can download MA2 software for a mac?
MA2 is PC only unfortunately and I think when you want to run MA2 on a Mac you’ll have to boot into Windows (vs just using parallels). No firsthand experience though.

Hey Daniel, for MA2 you will need to buy hardware to use, but check out MA Lighting’s dot2 - they give you one DMX universe for free.

Hey Dan, thanks for reaching out! dot2 has quite a few limitations compared to MA2 and is designed for use in smaller venues / shows. You get one DMX universe for free though with dot2 - so it’s great to get started!
aGuyNamedJonas thank you so much. Actually I am using a Wing from Chamsys. But I have noticed that a lot of people use Dot2. I am trying to understand if there is a Dot2 console or just a Wing. Or what is better and confy for a standard théâtre. Thanks

When following this tutorial, it works all along, except last step - I can see session in MA3D but it still shows standalone... Any suggestions?
When setting "Session member" the line doesn't turn green...
"Version" is in red text...

I can't see show file when i click backup and load. I see that this show is .show file and i can load only .show.gz or .backup files.
I had the same problem. Just change the name of the file to "....setup.show.gz" . It will turn as a RAR file, open and close the "backup" window on GrandMA and you will have it! Tell me if you can't. Cheers from Argentina.

No clue...the “archive” section of the software downloads on the MALighting only goes back to v3.2.2.16.

Hey Mermoet, unfortunately no. MA3 will run on Macs for preprogramming, but MA2 exclusively runs on Windows.
