You probably knew this was coming but after tinting the entire front windshield of the Impala SS the stock headlights just didn't cut it. In this video I show you how to install new headlights in your Impala SS or Chevy Caprice. These should also work in Buick and Cadillac. The LED headlight is the best mod or modification you can do to a Impala SS or Caprice. The stock Halogen Headlights are just not bright enough. I would do this even if the windshield wasn't tinted. This is a great budget upgrade for the impala ss and caprice. Best bang for the buck on the impala ss and chevrolet caprice. I show you the before and after the headlight replacement or upgrade. Cannot go wrong with LED'S, best upgrade for the halogen lights(interior and exterior). Travis around here if I would tint my windows that dark I'd probably get a ticket the first or second day, especially the windshield, looks great though! ✌🏻
Yeah they really help. They pretty much leave people alone here with tint.

I run these on both my caprices. Night & day difference. I do have aftermarket housings, but even still, great improvement. Especially on my lowered caprice. Had to adjust the angle a bit.

Love the 94-96 Impala SS! I had a 95 Dark Cherry Metallic and regret ever letting it go.
LED’s are definitely an upgrade. Yes technology has came a long way, sometimes good and sometimes bad.

I just bought a cherry colored ‘95 a few weeks ago. I’m putting new lights in it since the original ones are absolutely terrible at night, and plus my eyes suck lol

Don't know if anyone told you yet. the side to side adjustment is actually at the back inside of the headlamp. it is a 10mm hex. you have to loosen that torx on the inside of the lamp you were loosening. also the bulb should have the dim led facing up and the high led facing down.

Nice! Good evening, Travis. Yes sir. Like our stock headlights on our Trans am's. They. Suck. I went with headlight experts. A true 💯 plug and play. 💯 full lifetime warranty on everything. Wiring, bulbs, lenses. Check them out for your Trans am. They are on clearance. From 800$ pre low and high beam set to 400$. Fog light bulbs are 100$ per bulb from 200 per bulb.

Your Windshield Tint is illegal in all 50 States ! Real "Bright" of ya !
Yep.
There is a 10mm bolt adjustment on the edge of each head light for it to move side to side. The bolt is black in color and sits edge of each fixture facing the radiator. I had to adjust mine both side to side and up and down. Didn't like the way GM focused those lights.

I've done auto glass for 27 years and only replaced 3 Caprice Impala windshields. They were all cop cars too. You have really bad luck especially after the tint. God must not want that windshield tinted. Several of those years were in Sacramento too when they were used as police cars and highway patrol (93-98). Here because my Katana's are supposed to be 36W a side and 6000 lumens but aren't bright. Bad beam pattern too. This video makes me wonder if God doesn't like my smoked aftermarket pods. I might have to try putting them in the factory pods. Any word on the clear style pods not working as good with LED bulbs? I have Lasfit in my 2012 Passat high, low installed. They are amazing. totally proprietary for that car too. If you have any friends with a Passat. They're the bomb! Good video other than the in car of the difference. Couldn't tell much from that.

@@TWAMotorsports Same goes for Camaro and firebirds. Have done no more than 5 or so. 60 degree windshields are very resilient, most rocks are simply deflected. If you ever need to replace your optispark, I did a video on what to watch out for.
