Dude I feel EXACTLY like you. I own rolex and Tudor and yes I love them. But as a daily wear that you don't have to worry about and can just throw on that will go with everything, this is the best watch ever produced in my opinion lol. There's some weird x factor about this watch that makes it special. I don't know if it's the perfect proportions, the needle hand, how it melts onto the wrist, the timeless dial, etc. Or maybe a combination of all of them. I've had this and the SARB035 for 6 years now. And they'll be with me for the rest of my life.

Watching this video while wearing my sarb033. The watch doubled in prices even when its used! Such a mad watch! So glad i got it 5 years ago for about 300 dollars.
My wife hates all my dive watches. The SARB033/035 has been going up a lot over her too. Last year you could still get them for under $400, still kind of wish I picked one up. I agree on the lume, they implemented it really well, and it makes this a true everyday watch. Great review!
Great video! It is another reason why I am so glad I bought my 033 back in May for my birthday. It has gotten the most wrist-time since then. This one will always be in my small watch collection. I came late to the Sarb party and only learned about them this past April--way after they had been discontinued. I never would have known about them if not for UA-cam.

This SARB is a strong contender for all around one watch collection. I didn’t get the black SARB but still very much tempted to get one (even though I already have the SNKL45 which i guess is the “baby SARB”). I’m happy for you that you’re sharing some of the watches with your wife. Perhaps slowly she’ll get into the hobby too, we could use more ladies here!

this watch was a good buy for ppl buy it from day one for the retail price or even double of the retail price! but what they are asking now even for used ones are definitely not worth it, I should say just save a little more and buy a grand seiko. this watch is unbeatable for the retail price hands down but not what the folks asking right now🤷♂️

I think the sarx models are even better. A bit larger and slightly better finish, plus a slightly simpler face (where it says “Automatic”). As far as I know, the movements are identical

I have a seiko Sarb033 sitting idle for more than a year as I don't go outside due to current Covid situation, do I need to take extra care or just leave it in the box ?
I had a question about the Seiko sarb033. I am interested in this watch for purchase, the condition is pristine with box and papers. The seller wants $530.00, so my question is if it’s worth it or should I wait for something else? This would be my first watch. Thank you for any feedback
@@SoCalWatchReviews it super hard to find a good deal now a days. On eBay they’re going for $450 plus without the paperwork. I found this on a Reddit forum that I follow. He still has 2 more years on warranty. Do you think these will continue to go up in price? Again, it’s a pristine condition.
