The scaling is wrong, sprint burst lets you run at 150% speed. Aka you run 50% faster than your normal speed. Add plot twist 50% dark theory’s 2% and hope’s 7% gives you a survivor speed of 209%
Billy’s chainsaw should be around 200-250% speed and that is wayyyyyyyy faster than this,so in the end the only thing we can asume,those perks(at least plot twist and sprind burst) do not stack the only thing they would do is maybe give ya few mili-seconds more with 150% but not over 150%
Could also use the blight serum thing instead of plot twist, then put MFT in its place, or you could try to use the hastes from blood pact/teamwork: power of two (7% and 5%)

No the math checks out. The extra 100% added onto his equation came from base survivor speed. So you could say he's moving 309% or alternately you could say moving 209% faster than normal. Normal being baseline 100% speed. Its the same way people calculate killer movement speed. If Trapper for example moved 30% faster than normal you might think he would be moving at 130%. But thats wrong. He would move at 145%. Because trapper by default moved at 115%. 15% faster then a running survivor
Background player can also activate at the same time as sprint burst, as well as adrenaline and getting hit so for like a second you can run at like mach 1 if you also get the boon and other haste perks like that one that activates with another person close
If you time it right you can get a total of 300% speed (Base survivor speed is 100%) Sprint burst 50% Background player 50% Plot twist 50% Adrenaline 50%
Let someone else set up the boon, use teamwork power of two on another surv and blood pact, get invigorated by the yellow clown bottle and then get hit. Alternatively, use background player for an even faster speed boost, and get hit by a nemesis zombie, so you can get hit while the killer is picking up
I don’t know if it still works but if you’re not exhausted and you have sprint burst and background player you’ll get the speed from triggering both during a carry, so you could remove dark theory for a much larger increase in speed. That is if this still works at the moment.
Plot twist into using Dramaturgy seems like it runs faster than this if im being honest this didnt seem all that fast so I dont think it stacks with Sprint Burst

mft doesn't wotk with exhaustion and plot twist gets you fully healed
