Great vid - you must be a historian in your day job! Where you ran onto Canvey over the bridge that little stoney bit in the mud used to be the only way off and on, there were stones in there and and it was called the stepping stones which was the way on/off before the bridge was built in 1931.
You managed to capture the course really well - even the hills came out on the camera. I did see you at the start pen, but was caught in the wave towards the start line before technical difficulties had us in the cold for a bit! Good to learn a little bit more about the area and see some sights I wasn’t quite taking in whilst running
