The bike looks awesome. Usually when a bike is released for a figure line they really skimp on the bike. It would be even better if it worked with the figure that it's made for.
Considering its price point, those are some really impressive paint apps on the bike. McFarlane is doing a great job when it comes to value per dollar.

I am still waiting for Bruce Wayne, meanwhile I gave the drifter bike to John Wick from diamond select, the deluxe version. I think the figures need to have double jointed knees to ride the bike properly.
And the bagginess is spot on because he's got rain gear on and close underneath it raining cold weather just appropriately to ride a bike you're going to be Michelin Man lookingish now with the bat suit I'm sure it's heated in all kinds of s***
I've not even taken mine out of the boxes yet but I don't have the drifter but that's a little upsetting the way the pictures look it looks awesome maybe you have to stand him up on it like he is in the picture with his legs to the side of it I'm not sure once I get mine off fiddle with it but you are an expert as in toys so I definitely don't doubt you tried it all damn I was hoping that mount up just perfect legs be perfect
I like the concept of the period before he wears the suits and it's basically a civilian body, I got both but I think they needed to work on articulation for this type of pairing, Batman and the Batcycle would look better with a good torso articulation rather than the figure having longer and unproportional arms
I stopped buying McFarlane. Just too many other stronger lines out there and with cost of everything going up I had to cut something back. For exact reasons like this is the fact that I cut them. I will give them props for keeping the costs down on their figures and they always seem to be in stock but articulation and the no guns thing really puts me off from them. Even to the point where I might sell the few Figures I have of theirs.
Yeah that Bruce Wayne figure should of been made in a sitting position, or have the cycle come with a figure already on the bike (stop & go) but Greg I guess you don't want it too kiddie lol, anyway nice review on the bike.

This is another reason I rarely buy mcfarlane figures. They make a figure that's designed for the bike yet he can't even sit on it lol. I've had a ton of QC issues with their DC line. The paint quality has dropped way off compared to their older stuff. No dry brushing or washes. And I've had my figures like darkseid where his arms fell off lol. I only buy from mcfarlane if it's a must have. I seen the riddler and penguin the other day but passed on both because of QC. Sad to see mcfarlane fall off so bad
I think the only figure they have made with hips that move is the death metal Batman. You might be able to shave the inside of his thighs. If you do paint the gloves I would do it in Red brown and yellow to simulate blood. I think you could make a good kickstand with wire.
I've got that exact same helmet that you can get at cycle gear and my Cafe racer is spot on to that one they did damn good which mine is a CB550 and then I have another Cafe racer all blacked out which is a CB650 with and it is somewhat similar to the bat cycle you just don't know how stoked I am right now I've got the helmet and I've got two bikes that look almost like that and I ain't going to lie I've been riding around town on my Cafe racer looking like Bruce Wayne with my helmet backpack I'm definitely going to get me some pics taken I would love to post them somehow I'm about to role play baby been doing it for weeks LOL all in fun
I love your reviews. The Bat Man figs fro the movie are just disappointing to me. Not only because of the pose ability but the way the eyes of the figures all have a side look to them by their eyes. All of the movie figs basically have a side looking eye design instead of looking forward. The bike alone is great but hopefully it can go with other figs. The other DC McFarlane figs are pretty good. The Bat Man movie figs…not so much.
McFarlane's stuff is always really pretty in the package, but functionality/playability often fall short. Anyone else remember the old manga mech series that would combine into a large robot? Or even the Chaos series? Those figures would all break so easily. I've even heard of some McFarlane stuff, such as the earliest Alien figure, breaking as soon as they come out of the package.
We have to face it, they look great, but the articulation to display the figure just isn't good enough. If you are going to have figs on motorcycles make sure the articulation works!🤦♂🤷♂🤦♂🤷♂🤦♂

Mine looks all right. Bent his knees a little bit more. I Actually put catwoman on there and popped the helmet on her and it looks pretty sweet too

You can use a q-tip with a touch of black paint and roll it on the gloves to make them look used. Could the unmasked Bruce Wayne wear the helmet?
