Where I am they can't go up more than 3% in a year, even if the value of your property changes they have to keep the mill rate such that it's not more than a 3% effective increase. The politicians bitch and moan about it to no end, but somehow we survive, and still pay the feds far more than we take in from them. Still high, but nowhere near as bad as neighboring states.
Dartmouth, MA sounds a lot more exciting then where I live. instead of Bum F Egypt. My value went up 60K (yay, I'm rich!), and property taxes the same as last year. You still need a place to pitch your tent, you know? ok..
You have to buy the parts and drag them around to every job and that is not cheep to cart your parts supply around then you have to pay todays higher price to carry it for the next guys furnace or boiler.
My mother in law is 107 this December 80 degrees all the time, you have to wear shorts in December in the house I figure she’s elderly so I’m calling you if the furnace goes out, do you come to Ohio😅
Steve had one in the truck , again ! Good job 👍🇺🇸
Your a good man Steve taking care of the old people.
" You wanna run with the big boys"😂
Steve always looks out for the elderly. He will be over right away to fix your unit and not try to sell you a new one. 👍
Hey Steve and Miss Molly! Workin’ again ya’ll. 👍👍
Another awesome video Steve, remain safe and keep the videos coming friend 💥💯☝️👍✌️👌
Great job Steve.
Steve says " well look where you are, if you wanna run with the big dogs.."lol 🤷♂️
Steve and Molly to the rescue momma!!!
Property tax in MA sounds a lot more affordable when compared to Long Island or Westchester 😅
Good job Steven taking care of the elderly. Check on that elderly guy strapped in the chair when your in the area.
It could be worse, you could be paying sky high NJ property taxes.
I hear you brother ...I'm in NJ they always come up and never come down. Utter bullshit.
Good service Steve.
Yes 33% crazy Pennsylvania
Your a good man Steve
You meant - you're - the contraction for 'you are' NOT 'your' which implies possession.
Steven, Miss Molly has her Window Open 🐶
Howdy Steve and Miss Molly
no way in hell could i afford those taxes.

Been watching since 2016
At least she wasn’t a leaker.
If Steve bought the spare part years ago, what price does he charge the customer? 2024 price?
Obviously
If he has had money tied up in inventory for years he needs to recover holding costs
Of course. He has to spend 2024 price to put that part back in the inventory.
if you buy a house 20 years ago i bet you sell it for todays prices or your just a dope
