It is difficult to eat raw fish and eggs except in Japan. Raw meat is available in some places. Even Japanese people have their own likes and dislikes for internal organs, but the restaurants that prepare them properly, like the one in the video, have no smell and are really delicious. Please come and eat in Japan. This quality is difficult overseas. いらっしゃいませ～
