That is what pissed me off the most about flash's story; as reverse flash pointed out here he basically nearly destroyed The time/space continuum all in a selfish act of saving his mom yet he only gets a slap on the wrist for that, however when constantine in a noble act of wanting to undo the damage that was done in the darkseid war and restore the heroes back to their formal heroic selves encourages flash to go back and create a second flashpoint he gets sentence off to eternity in a hellscape (Unbeknowst to him at the time) of his own making and then sent off to a far worse fate when he escapes from it, the hypocrisy is so unreal it's nauseating! 💯🔥🙄🤬😉👍🏻
Thats because Flash was changing a time line that is multiple but Constantine was trying to erase a fixed point. Erasing a fixed point is impossible and requires a sacrifice or someone to replace that fixed point. This time, the fixed point was replaced but at the cost of a multiverse that became a cancer without balance. That makes Constantine dangerous and also an assert to the powers that made the multiverse.

The Flashpoint adaptation made a lot of unnecessary changes that ruined the story. Barry's actions were more justified in the comics & he wasn't just being selfish.
Flash would have also been punished if it wasn't for Constatine making sure all blame would fall on him and the speed force protecting Barry according to the Spector.
Every animated universe was all separated. Then in a single Universe, the flash created Flashpoint, then went back in time again to fix the problem, Earth was OK for a few years until Darkseid invasion, which caused the Flash to go back in time again, destroying the animated universe and creating the tomorrowverse, only to end up in this situation. And during this situation, it caused every animated universe to combine while resetting the Multiverse. This was actually awesome. As sad as it is to say goodbye for good to the many shows we grew up with. I feel like this is a great fresh start. I just wish Marvel does something like this with secret wars
We didn't. For example the DCAU had to have darkside in it to happen, but the movies say darkside is gone. The verse we saw is just a universe that's like the DCAU, but not actually the DCAU

The logic of re-starting timeline is understandable. The risk of erasing such fixed point as Darkseid... was not calculated by Constantine. His actions were rush and fueled by despair.

Only issue with killing Darkseid as an infant is that his father would have never been replaced. So it would be possible that changing the past would keep his father in charge of apokolips…. Which is far worse than having Darkseid, seeing as he was terrified of his father.

Why wouldn't they go all out to stop the thing that's wiping out entire earths? And don't forget, this was BEFORE they got help from the Warworld. If one Kryptonian wasn't enough to break through the armor AND kill the Anti-Monitor, use two! One for the armor and one for the core. And a third for backup. It's possible they might have needed the second Superman to help since Kara was powered up by The Monitor.

This is what Warner Bross could have built DC into. Imagine this as a movie. Would have been special. This was a real insight into DC if you are new to it. They did a live Arrowverse version, it was disappointing, don't pretend it'll be epic, the production costs to create it would dwarf Avengers: Infinity War 2 part series, only it would flop, the story is over 40 years old. stick to animation over live action, people can't look beyond the DC Trinity(Supes, Bats, and WW)
DC even lied about the New52 movies as well. They were actually making a lot of good money and bringing in tons of new fans to DC, especially those who watched the old 2003 TT show, and the 90's DC shows. I'm not sure why they decided to kill it off, but they really shouldn't have. They cut it short and cut it out completely.

From what I can see, they are using the Earth-Four version of Captain Atom which was Pre-Crisis. When DC brought Captain Atom into the Post-Crisis universe they gave him a different civilian name, look, origin and powers. That Captain Atom is tied to the Quantum Field making him one of the most powerful beings in the DCU. However, the U. S. Government gave the general public a fake origin story which was his Earth-Four origin.

I thought flash rebuild the multiverse for a better beginning, but i never knew that he killed darkside, so after flash killed darkside it change the entire destiny and the timeline of each earth universe. I mean it was necessary to killed darkside after he killed all the heroes and villans, but killing him when he was a baby it was never the plan. I thought the restart will actually find a way to defeat darkside much easier than just killing him when he was a baby. Here's a flaw with this...Darkseid has died in comics so this universe is in low vibrating and violating law of balance. Most writers now no longer include new genesis and highfather. If Darkseid must exist so do highfather. As long as they have existed at some point you had nexus agreement. Darkseid can die and you must include highfather. To have Darkseid that can't die and must conquer all worlds is out of balance and try to put darkness ahead of light...of love. Love is ultimate balance so everything would return to old timelines. We are seeing whether marvel DC transformers etc an energy which want darkness to win and to be liked and alledgly understood....when the matrix is actually on its last leg. It depends. Originally, Earth-10 was named "Earth-X" where WWII was still going on. The Nazi killed all of the American Heroes. Later, the Freedom Fighters from Earth-Two travelled to Earth-X to fight for freedom there. Later, they introduced a new Earth-10. On that Earth Superman's rocket landed in Nazi-controlled Czechoslovakia. The baby was raised by Adolph Hitler and helped them win WWII, and then take control of the entire planet. The Earth-10 in this movie looks like a separate Earth that has been designed Earth-10.
The John Constantine we see here is the same Constantine from Apokolips War and the DCEU, just in a different art style. So yes, this is more or less a sequel to that.
You know, in retrospective, even ungodly trash like Teen Titans Go does not feel as utterly devoid of value as this trite. Animated DC has basically commited a messy and demonstrative suicide.

I never understood the hype concerning Crisis on Infinite Earths. I appreciate its place in comic book history and what it achieved overall for DC continuity, but the story itself was just one giant mess. Too many characters, constantly shifting the focus, a premise that is simply too big for the narrative to swallow and a cheesy af villain with a completely ridiculous motivation. Absolute garbage.
I think the reason "Crisis on Infinite Earths" is considered so important is because DC made an attempt to clean up and streamline their universe. That it wasn't perfect (a review at the time went a detailed analysis of the series and pointed out its many flaws [I could spend several paragraphs to list them]), but DC made a valiant attempt to fix their problems. I think the main flaw in the original "Crisis..." is that they didn't go far enough and tried to keep some of the old continuity around. That led the problems that made resulted in them doing "Zero Hour" 9 years later to address the issues "Crisis..." created.
This should have been the most epic trilogy ever, but it is so underwhelming like the rest of the movies in this tomorrow verse. They butchered crisis. This movie was the worst of the three and somehow more boring than the other two.

Why wouldn't they go all out to stop the thing that's wiping out entire earths? And don't forget, this was BEFORE they got help from the Warworld. If one Kryptonian wasn't enough to break through the armor AND kill the Anti-Monitor, use two! One for the armor and one for the core. And a third for backup. It's possible they might have needed the second Superman to help since Kara was powered up by The Monitor.

This is what Warner Bross could have built DC into. Imagine this as a movie. Would have been special. This was a real insight into DC if you are new to it. I have said this before, Constantine and Flash are very dangerous. Dr Fate is equally dangerous but he has been designed never to interfere in these stuff and that’s what makes it extra harder.

They did a live Arrowverse version, it was disappointing, don't pretend it'll be epic, the production costs to create it would dwarf Avengers: Infinity War 2 part series, only it would flop, the story is over 40 years old. stick to animation over live action, people can't look beyond the DC Trinity(Supes, Bats, and WW)

From what I can see, they are using the Earth-Four version of Captain Atom which was Pre-Crisis. When DC brought Captain Atom into the Post-Crisis universe they gave him a different civilian name, look, origin and powers. That Captain Atom is tied to the Quantum Field making him one of the most powerful beings in the DCU. However, the U. S. Government gave the general public a fake origin story which was his Earth-Four origin.

I thought flash rebuild the multiverse for a better beginning, but i never knew that he killed darkside, so after flash killed darkside it change the entire destiny and the timeline of each earth universe. I mean it was necessary to killed darkside after he killed all the heroes and villans, but killing him when he was a baby it was never the plan. I thought the restart will actually find a way to defeat darkside much easier than just killing him when he was a baby.

It depends. Originally, Earth-10 was named "Earth-X" where WWII was still going on. The Nazi killed all of the American Heroes. Later, the Freedom Fighters from Earth-Two travelled to Earth-X to fight for freedom there.
Later, they introduced a new Earth-10. On that Earth Superman's rocket landed in Nazi-controlled Czechoslovakia. The baby was raised by Adolph Hitler and helped them win WWII, and then take control of the entire planet.
The Earth-10 in this movie looks like a separate Earth that has been designed Earth-10.

I never understood the hype concerning Crisis on Infinite Earths. I appreciate its place in comic book history and what it achieved overall for DC continuity, but the story itself was just one giant mess. Too many characters, constantly shifting the focus, a premise that is simply too big for the narrative to swallow and a cheesy af villain with a completely ridiculous motivation. Absolute garbage.
I think the reason "Crisis on Infinite Earths" is considered so important is because DC made an attempt to clean up and streamline their universe. That it wasn't perfect (a review at the time went a detailed analysis of the series and pointed out its many flaws [I could spend several paragraphs to list them]), but DC made a valiant attempt to fix their problems.
I think the main flaw in the original "Crisis..." is that they didn't go far enough and tried to keep some of the old continuity around. That led the problems that made resulted in them doing "Zero Hour" 9 years later to address the issues "Crisis..." created.
This should have been the most epic trilogy ever, but it is so underwhelming like the rest of the movies in this tomorrow verse. They butchered crisis. This movie was the worst of the three and somehow more boring than the other two.

It wasn't the flash, Constantine's spell made him walking death, the reference Batman says is a famous story of a overprotective father raised his daughter in a poison garden to keep outside world. As she grew she too became poisonous a walking shroud of death whose very presence was fatal. Killing her father by accident freeing her from the garden.
