I'm so sorry you have all the trouble and flares in winter. Deidre you are a warrior. I love ya and am in awe of all you handle. I so can relate to not letting what I'm going through to impact others, but I'm working to adjust that. To tell myself it's okay to take up space no matter how that makes other folks feel. Sending you love and a hug.
