IMO Sydnie turned in The Best vocal audition in the entire 17 years of BGT. I'm just a total Sydnie fanboy. ❤❤

I love everything about Sydnie Christmas, her dynamic personality, her sense of humor, her humility and of course her incredible, incredible voice. I have watched the BGT video about fifty times and I am still in awe, her rendition bringing tears to my eyes. Unquestionably the West End should take notice of Sydnie Christmas because people will fill the theater seats to see her.
LOL She is a ringer! but besides that point. Sydnie is the complete package Hope this ignites her way to Stardom, her vocals are top notch! She deserves everything! Thumbs up guys

Thanks for the quick response. Like I said: How could you not love her? A little background info: This version was actually recorded by Marisha Wallace as a fundraiser, 3 years ago, during the Pandemic, when the theaters were all closed. Sydnie improved it by leaps and bounds. Regarding her prior experience. She was part of a cast for a couple of plays in the past. 1 in London and 1 in Germany. She also was a cruise ship performer for Royal Caribbean. So she has experience, but has never performed on The West End according to her interviews. She was an understudy before Covid closed everything. Not exactly a household name (yet). I heard shades of Judy Garland there.

Great showing and supporting Miss Christmas from the hosts. You guys did a MASTERFUL job in showing your true emotions. That was so cool and all your support here. Sidney is TRULY a SUPERSTAR in the horizon. I think she capitalizes on this like Susan Boyle did on her surprise shock the world performance many years ago. Sidney is also SO LIKEABLE, you root her on harder cause she's got that likeable personality and you want to root for her 😋
She made a song that is associated with bratty kids, into something far more adult. The depth of emotions she gave it, the big build up, full of hope and longing and then suddenly back to the realisation that tomorrow never comes. EXCEPTIONAL !!

I think she dressed for herself and what made her comfortable, it was a bit of a " This is me statement". Her personality was funny and warm and then she opened her mouth to sing. Just incredible version from a adult perspective and not that of an orphan child.
I disagree with him. Her attire was spot on and I hope she continues to be herself. No gowns with sequins and 6 inch heels. She needs to be who she is, a special, down to earth, energy packed sweetheart.
Regarding her clothing, it reminds me of Loren Allred and her simple attire when she got the Golden Buzzer 2 years ago.

Loved your heartfelt analysis, guys. Truly a performance for the ages. Also glad she was underdressed and silly in the beginning. In my opinion it set expectations much lower. Susan Boyle comes to mind.
