Brysen, you have to go into App Data, then Mmf applications, and delete the Ms Lemons data file, to reset your progress. And basically get your vision back.
To get your hand and eye back you have to play mr. tomatoes. On mr.tomatoes you have to give him all of the wrong food and you should get the choice to get your hand or eye back
I think you have to play Mr. Tomatoes to get your eye back. If not then start a new game file. Both games play off each other and it's a huge lore to this game.
