Those ones at 3:38 are most likely Otis Lexans. The door tracks, including the three stripe outer tracks and two stripe inner tracks, as well as the now-removed Otis logo, are consistent.
Otis Lexan was not really a thing in the UK. The buttons used were the classic old buttons from 1920s to 1960s, then there was the updated old button from 1970 to 1982. There is also the square and circle capacitive buttons used on their top of the range lifts that had advanced acceleration curves using a model on model positioning system.
@@TheDragonFire123 Otis didn't install generics in the 70s. They entered the generic market when they took over Evans in 1982 and shut them down and used their name for installing lifts with Dewhurst and other brought in parts
@@benolifts ...And I used the word "generic" wrong. I meant just the model that was floating around without any branding (i.e. not necessarily a Lexan), not that the model itself was generic part made.
9:51 OMG LAKESIDE INSTALLED A SUPER HIGH SPEED LIFT IN THEIR CAR PARK THAT TAKES YOU THROUGH THE CLOUDS OMG OMG OMG!!!!!!!!!! wow their maintenance must suck
Most of the issues with KCE are to do with maintenance and on the engineer's perspective. There is little user-facing difference between LCE and KCE. Emphasis on "user-facing".
Had the same issue, assuming I clicked the link too fast for UA-cam, picture was also cropped, so obviously Google/UA-cam hadn't processed it fully before notification
Love it ❤️ ! Absolutely excellent video, very entertaining to watch!
YEAH!!!!
The LCE lift was so epic. The buttons are very nice.
Seeing your feet ddangling off the rooftop's edge always gives me a goosebump.
5:02. That lift button chime does sound so beautiful. Have to say those lifts you have explained have all sorts of different functions.
And of course……
You make a lot of incredible content in your channel Beno!

Just wondering, is the ThyssenKrupp ISIS lift the one where it takes ages to start? And the regular is with the nice clunks?

older lifts are harder to surf. what's so bad about KCE logic? the wood interior lift is very strange to me.
