then they wouldn't be able to sell their overly priced speaker systems. I just need them to get this V/C right for all of the money I laid for this thing. If only IK or UAD would produce a hardware pedal that responds to midi, I'd be in heaven! but alas, ugh.
I just purchased the uad waterfall just from hearing your demo. And I own an actual Leslie 147…that’s how good it sounds. I can’t wait to test drive it with my Nord c2d and compare the software Leslie 147 with the real 147
Dude - I just dl'd this from UAD, swapped out what I *usually* use for my Leslie plug - wow - much richer, more 3-D, and the spin diff's between horn and rotor are so realistic. Great vid.
Hello Delroy....Happy New Year! I enjoyed your Demo of the UAD 147 Rotary Speaker, so much that I purchased it myself. I thought there would be a manual, with detailed instructions to set this up. Can you explain how to set this up for a novice to UAD products?
Hi from the UK hope you're well today. Great sound isn't it, but how do you switch from tremelo to chorale? I have a Legend rack going through a Yamaha HX1 with a footswitch controlling this function, would this still work? Bless your day, Quentin
@@quentinmorgan3937 hi man yes you can you need to go to control Assignments regarding midi and learn your midi control switch or foot switch as the chorale/ tremolo switch on the UAd 147
Yo bro I NEED serious help. I spent nearly 200 on this rotary speaker I’m trying to use logic with it and I have a Hammond xk3c, black and white midi cable, and an Apollo twin interface. I can not find a way to get sound out of this thing. Can you please give me info on how to set this thing up?
Running the AcousticSamples B5 through the Uad Waterfall Rotary is pretty special.... The included rotary with the B5 is just too clean, even with tube drive fully engaged. The Waterfall fixes that with not much impact to cpu usage.
Thanks for this mate! Question please, So I’m assuming you basically fed the left & right outputs of the viscount organ into the audio interface and then assigned the rotary switch of the viscount to the rotary switch of the plugin or are you running the plugin through the FX return of the viscount please?
This might sound dumb but what did you assign to control speed changes? Mod wheel, foot pedal? I’ve thought of running logic through that 147 Leslie too. Just curious how you assigned it.
Universal Audio needs to release this as an effects pedal!
If only the internal Legend sim could sound like that!
Indeed

Wow. IK Multimedia Amplitude sounds good. This thing here sounds awesome. The reproductions of grit, overdrive, rises and falls… Nice!
Bro this sounds amazing! Could you post a video of your set up?
Ok will do

@@delroywhite4195can you please do a video on the whole set up process? I have a viscount legend and I wanna use this instead of the internal Leslie
Nice!
Yessir
Would this work on a single board Nord 6d keyboard? And how would I get the Leslie sound to project in a church setting when I am running the plug-in
Yea on any organ or keyboard
sounds great!
Thank you

Very good......❤
What’s better uad waterfall or amplitube/t racks?
Hey man thanks for asking definitely the Uad
Thank you bro 🙏🏽
Sounds great! Can you use Waterfall through the UAD console and midi map the Leslie switch?
Hey thanks for watching and yes you can
How do you bypass to rotary sim??@@delroywhite4195
Hi bro, can you tell me if it can be as good with legend too?

You good doc I’ve use my Leslie switch from the viscount and I use the midi Mapp assign from logic control surfaces
Makes sense. Makes it feel like one instrument. Thanks for reply. Great playing, by the way.
I wish they made this for iPad…
Have you used this in a live setup yet?
No I haven’t only in my studio but I do know that if your going to use it in a live setting your gonna need internet
