Just curious... Are there any Leslie 147 or 122 amplifiers that have tube rectifiers? I thought the rectifiers were solid state. They do have a tube voltage regulator, though (and, tube preamplifier and power amplifiers). I think the old Leslie 22H, which predated the 122 had a 5U4 tube rectifier.

That sounds absolutely fantastic! The tremolo is so thick and rich and reminds me of that off of Joey Defrancesco's Goodfellas album. This particular sound is my favorite type of sound as I know that different Leslie's very not only in equalization, but also in the depth of their Doppler effect.

Hi. I have a Viscount Legend and I'm thinking about buying a Leslie 2101 MK2. My question is: To connect the legend to Leslie I just need an ordinary 11 pin cable or it has to be something special because Legend is not a Hammond.? Thank you

I’m about to get a living room condition 147rv to go with my legend. I have an 1147 on the way to connect them. I’m not nearly as practiced on actual Hammond as you and I believe I’ve tampered with the editing settings too much. I plan to factory reset and start again. I would love your assistance on tone, rotary and chorus/vibrato settings to improve on the factory settings at some point please. Best, Matt Dennett - Australia

Your custom presets sound really good. Especially the 122 Jensen Driver V21. That one is by far the best in my opinion. None of the built in Leslie settings sound quite right to me. Because there are so many tweakable parameters, I’m having a hard time getting it right.

Great man. I'm trying it out with my viscount legend. love the sound but it's not syncing well with the Leslie speed switch midi learning.

That bottom rotor taking do long to ramp up makes it sound imbalanced.

It feels more Motion Sound Pro-3T than Leslie. The tremolo should be a bit deeper. But, it sounds good. I'll buy it and hopefully it will get where it should be. GM are good about updates & improvements.

FYI, to anyone wondering, the 21H/46W/44W/50C has a sweeter tone than the 122/147/251 or even the 22H/47

This sounds amazing! Is this internally identical to the Legend Classic or is it enhanced like the Soul? Viscount is really missing an opportunity by not making that case a kit for the Legend lines like Hammond has for the XK line. The only other issue is that the manuals are too close together.
