A super day riding around Thetford Forset on a roadbook event.
The event was organised by Suffolk Trail Riders (STR) for club members, STR is a great club which organises several events thought the year.

I do the thetford loop, and would like to see the tower where you done the u turn. Where was that please.

Its down a dead end byway south of Elveden church, just ride up the byway and just before the end it's on the left - it's not really on the loop but just off it.

Just out of interest, is there a GPS sat nav which would show you the trail routes and save you from having to use the compass points?

I think the aim of the game is to navigate by just using the roadbook and something which gives you a bearing and distance, as per how they navigate in something like Dakar
