Randolf Ross is not done. Yes it’s hard going through an NCAA season and then holding the peak in the trials and then the Olympics. He has risen so much over the last 3 years I don’t think he is at his maximum yet.

That was fun watching these amazing athletes. I am rooting for Randolph, a HBC student athlete who he and his teammates are doing incredible things on da track.
Stop putting pressure on that young man. He just ran his first outdoor season. Give him some time. He said he was really shooting for the 2024 Olympics. He said he needed to get stronger and more experience. Plus he said he wants to graduate. So just give young man some time.

The guy to the right of Ross looks the poster child for “Hitting the Wall.” Poor guy, but he hung on like a champ.

Yeah, Ross ran an unbelievable 43.85 3rd leg but what was more amazing was the diminutive Freshman Auhmad Robinson (Stephen F Austin) running an equally amazing anchor leg of 43.45 secs and passing up 4-5 people to get 2nd place for his team. IMO, that was more amazing.
Ross took that last 100m in the open like a boss, he looked like he was jogging
i had so much fun watching the championships there were so many exceptional performances, i can’t wait for the trials!
