Miley puts her soul into a lot of her covers but this… there’s just something special about it. You can feel the emotion deep within her when she’s singing this song. It was incredible

I’m sure it was impressive to younger folks, but having seen this performed live by CC and TotD…. It falls so short of the emotional quotient of the original. I applauded the effort and Miley kills Zombie, but this…. Nah. Just doesn’t add up to the sentiment and pure emotion of the original in any way. Would love to hear her take on something a bit more in her vocal range like Love, Hate, Love though.
