ایڈمرل منصور الحق پاکستان نیوی کے سربراہ تھے، یہ 10 نومبر 1994ء سے یکم مئی 1997ء تک نیول چیف رہے، منصور الحق پر ایک محتاط اندازے کے مطابق تقریباً 300 ارب روپے کی کرپشن کا الزام لگا، میاں نواز شریف نے یکم مئی 1997ء کو انہیں نوکری سے برخاست کر دیا اور ان کے خلاف تحقیقات شروع کرا دیں جبکہ منصور الحق 1998ء میں ملک سے فرار ہو گئے اور یہ امریکی ریاست ٹیکساس کے شہر آسٹن میں پناہ گزین ہو گئے، ملک میں ان کے خلاف مقدمات چلتے رہے، جنرل پرویز مشرف نے جب “نیب”بنائی تو یہ مقدمات نیب میں منتقل ہو گئے اور اتفاق سے اسی دوران امریکہ میں اینٹی کرپشن قوانین پاس ہو گئے، ان قوانین کے مطابق دنیا کے کسی بھی ملک کا کوئی سیاستدان، بیوروکریٹ یا کوئی تاجر کرپشن کے بعد فرار ہو کر امریکا آئے گا تو اسے پناہ ملے گی اور نہ ہی رہائشی سہولتیں بلکہ یہ کرپٹ شخص امریکا میں گرفتار بھی ہوگا اور امریکی حکومت اسکے خلاف مقدمہ بھی چلائے گی، نیب نے اس قانون کی روشنی میں امریکی حکومت کوخط لکھا اور امریکہ نے 17 اپریل 2001ء کو منصور الحق کو آسٹن سے گرفتار کر کے انہیں جیل میں بند کیا اور ان کے خلاف مقدمہ شروع کر دیا گیا ۔۔۔۔
منصور الحق کو جیل میں عام قیدیوں کے ساتھ رکھا گیا تھا جہاں انہیں قیدیوں کا لباس پہنایا گیا قیدیوں کے لیے مخصوص سلیپر دیے گئے، عام چھوٹی سی بیرک میں رکھا گیا، عام مجرموں جیسا کھانا دیا گیا اور انہیں ہتھکڑی پہنا کر عدالت لایا جاتا۔ یہ سلوک نازوں سے پلے ہوئے منصور الحق برداشت نہ کر سکے اور انہوں نے امریکی حکومت کو لکھ کر دے دیا کہ “مجھے پاکستان کے حوالے کر دیا جائے جہاں میں اپنے ملک میں مقدمات کا سامنا کروں گا” امریکی جج نے یہ درخواست منظور کرلی یوں منصور الحق کو ہتھکڑی لگا کر جہاز میں سوار کر دیا گیا نیز سفر کے دوران ان کے ہاتھ بھی سیٹ سے بندھے ہوئے تھے مگر جوں ہی یہ جہاز پاکستانی حدود میں داخل ہوا تو نہ صرف منصور الحق کے ہاتھ بھی کھول دیے گئے بلکہ انہیں وی آئی پی لاؤنج کے ذریعے ائیر پورٹ سے باہر لایا گیا اور نیوی کی شاندار گاڑی میں بٹھایا گیا، پولیس، ایف آئی اے اور نیب کے افسروں نے انہیں سیلوٹ بھی کیا، پھر یہ سہالہ لائے گئے جہاں سہالہ کے ریسٹ ہاؤس کو سب جیل قرار دیا گیا اور منصور الحق کو اس “جیل” میں “قید” کر دیا گیا، منصور الحق کو “جیل” میں نہ صرف اے سی کی سہولت بھی تھی بلکہ انہیں خانساماں بھی دیا گیا، بیگم صاحبہ اور دوسرے اہلِ خانہ کو ملاقات کی اجازت بھی تھی اورمنصور الحق لان میں چہل قدمی بھی کر سکتے تھے، یہ نیب اور ایف آئی اے کے دفتر نہیں جاتے تھے بلکہ تفتیشی ٹیمیں ان سے تفتیش کے لیے ریسٹ ہاؤس آتی تھیں، یہ عدالت بھی تشریف نہیں لے جاتے تھے، عدالت چل کر ان کے ریسٹ ہاؤس آتی تھی اور ان کے وکیل کی صفائی سنتی تھی، منصور الحق نے کرپشن کی دولت کا 25 فیصد سرکار کے حوالے کرنے کا وعدہ کیا۔ صدر مشرف نے ان کی “پلی بارگیننگ” کی درخواست منظور کر لی اور یوں منصور الحق کو بقیہ 75 فیصد کرپشن کے ساتھ رہا کر دیا گیا، ان اثاثوں میں 14 انتہائی مہنگے پلاٹس بھی شامل تھے، ایڈمرل منصور الحق اس کے بعد اپنے گھر شفٹ ہو گئے اور یہ آج تک مزے سے زندگی گزار رہے ہیں، یہ گالف بھی کھیلتے ہیں، برج بھی، شادیوں اور دیگر تقریبات میں بھی شریک ہوتے ہیں اور انہیں سابق نیول چیف کا مکمل پروٹوکول بھی ملتا ھے ۔۔۔۔

ہمارا مجرم جب تک امریکا میں تھا تو یہ وہاں زندگی کے مشکل ترین دن گزار رہا تھا لیکن یہ جوں ہی انصاف کی سرزمین پر اترا اس کے لیے زندگی آسان ہو گئی، یہ جیل، تفتیشی ٹیم اور جج تک اپنی مرضی سے تعینات کروانے لگا اور یہ آج تک نہ صرف آزاد گھوم رہا ہے بلکہ زندگی کی تمام سہولتوں سے بھی لطف اندوز ہو رہا ہے-

I am khizar abbas from (all pakistan goods transport owner association). i am joint secratery of the above mentioned association . And i am ur fan. Ur dhuan drama. U r connented to transport industry in canada. We r also fighting for transporter's intrusts in pakistan. We strugled for implimentation of exel load regeam law in pakistan. And ALLAH helped us for that. And know law has been implimented here in pakistan. now the condition of pakistani transporters is much better than before. I am waiting for ur reply and hopefully we will share ideas and experienc about transportation issues.

I agree that ahmadies are non-muslims and gov of Pakistan did the right thing by declaring them non-Muslims based on their beliefs, but atif miyan's removal on the basis of religion was a wrong move... His credentials and qualifications should have been seen rather than religion. The minorities should not be barred from getting any kind of job if they are on merit.
