Man I hate to be the one...but how?? If I'm using the same size hook with a looser tension, how is it that my 80 chains is only 16 inches long?? I just don't understand where I go wrong with your tutorials bec I love watching them. But then when I try to execute.....blows up in my face😢

Trust me, it takes a lot of finagling sometimes to make them fit, but like my husband says when I hit a snag “you’re learning and sometimes that comes with mistakes” it just takes some time to learn how to make it work for you, good luck :)

Different yarns have different elasticity. That could be why your chains end up shorter than hers

Keep in mind the yarn shown in tutorial is pretty small worsted and thin. That might be the case and it looks like it might not have stretch. 🤜🏼🤛🏼
