I bought these on a bit of a whim. I am glad I did, they are different from my other earbuds and have become my daily go to earbud. The BT connectivity outperforms my BOSE Quiet Comfort's and the call quality is much better. The sound quality is much better than I expected and for casual use going about my day they are fantastic, you forget you have them on. For the price point they shouldn't be this good. If I am at home and listening solely to music then I use a pair of IEM's with a DAC, but for everything else I use these. My BOSE just sit unused in the drawer.
Wow, this is a great review. I appreciated the sound examples, especially because sound descriptions are so individual. It's frustrating that many people don't put such a thing in their video reviews, it seems obvious that it's a good idea to offer... The video quality is really excellent! I liked the B roll footage, it was intriguing to look at. I appreciate how you showed both sides of the earbuds when putting them over the metal pipe, the attention to detail is nice.
I have Shokz Pro Mini. Free Clips are louder & clearer. And they don't give a vibration feeling at higher volumes. So, I'd say from audio perspective Free Clips are better. But, for movement, running etc, I can't confirm yet.
Importing these into the US this week and I have a feeling the Bose Ultra Open I bought will be going back. The Bose are petty good, but more features, better sound, lower price? Looking forward to getting them.
Could you tell us your experience and thoughts after comparing the two ? Thank you. I am at present in Indonesia awaiting delivery of Lenovo Thinkplus XT83 II which looks like the Huawei Free Clip ($ 9.50 ). This Lenovo Earclip is not available in the UK.
I'm very interested in these (due to easily getting ear infections with in-ear TWS), so I've watched a lot of UA-cam reviews on the Huawei FreeClip, and yours was, probably, the best, most detailed and insightful one. Thanks!
Nice video! I noticed you have the Oladance OWS Pros as well. How do they compare with the Freeclips in terms of sound quality and comfort? Very curious about the stylish form factor.
They've worked very well for me. I was out on a walk and then after finishing that I was in my car with the windows down driving about 35 mph and the person I was talking to said they could only here my voice, nothing in the background.
@@stevenshaw2280 they probably knew Bose had this design a year ago, and started making a competitor. It’s a genius idea though. It’s OK to steal, as long as it’s different, and they did that. I’m pretty sure Hauwei steals tech, often.

Your welcome

im a firm beliver that the free clips formfactor is the way to go when it comes to open earbuds. Smaller, great fit and in terms of sound really good.
how's the mic quality on outdoors?
its pretty good for an open ear style mic.

How do I control mute/unmute? Vol control? I tried to google but can't find it
Soundcore aerofit pro or Huawei freeclip? Can't decide
freeclip, with out a doubt. I released a aerofit pro review a couple of month ago, i found them just okay.
Bro, soundcore has the model c30i; take a look
How is sound quality vs Airpods 3?
different. Airpods 3 are of course more in-ear, and therefore a closer sound. But the Free Clip, for being clip-on are really great sounding Buds.
where can I buy these ? I'm in N Y are they for sale in US?
as far as i know, they are not for sale in the US, but everywhere else.
I got mine off eBay
Amazon has them right now
I bet they stole the idea from Bose Ultra Open Earbuds
Freeclip came before the Bose open
Huawei uses metal on their band while Bose uses rubber
Wow, baseless and Irresponsible accusation
