Nice work. :) As far as Wave Man's weakness to Charge Chick, here's what I could think up: 1) A fast-moving train can plow through shallow water. 2) The wedge-shaped formation of the weapon can easily part a wave.
This might sound a bit weird, but Wave Man's theme kinda sounds like a song I'd picture would play in the background of a waterpark in a movie of some sort. It's got a chill, but also fun sort of sound to it, which fits the description of most waterparks to a tee. Does anyone else feel that way, or is it just me?

Megaman 5 was the first one I ever beat, so of course its my fav! Amazing job!!
I was never really a fan of the _Mega Man 5_ OST, but I will say that this _MM7_ -style remix/cover of yours is phenomenal. Keep up the good work!
