After running a little bit I get a constant alarm then I’ll shut it off and restart only to have it happen again forcing me to not use it. I have a new filter and used canned air to clean slotted vents on the sides of the unit and it’s in a clean smoke free house. Also when I start the unit only thr green light is on…any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated

Rushabh, they have this in two varients us/Japan Eu/India. Us varients need 120v 60hz while India's 230 50hz. If you end up buying 120v 60. You need to buy stepdown converter from 230v 50hz to 120v 60hz. They cost about 4k INR and you'll find them in Amazon. But best is to find 230v 50hz

It's so funny this video. The host spend so much time talking about the humidifier? Who needs it anyway? Not enough time attention spent on how one actually gets the oxygen into the body. Now, is it an oxygen concentrator or not? This is the reason why I bought it for : OXYGEN Does one get oxygen from the tube with double open-ended tubing? I think they don’t like answering the questions at all, seem to just be putting everyone off. I’ll be talking to my oxygen provider to find a company with better support. The video and unanswered concerns of the customers here is beyond ridiculous.

Is there a way to disable the startup alarm? It's SO loud and my wife only uses hers at night with her cpap. So every night we have to listen to this ear piercing BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP. It's quite ridiculous and serves no real purpose on startup. If something is wrong, have it beep then.

Is there a way to disable the startup alarm? It's SO loud and my wife only uses hers at night with her cpap. So every night we have to listen to this ear piercing BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP. It's quite ridiculous and serves no real purpose on startup. If something is wrong, have it beep then.
