    Its really a wonderful video on how to get started Philips Respironics Everflo unit,and maintanance,cleaning in a very detailed way.Thank a lot.Its very useful video.We are using Philips Respironics Everflo unit, at home for a Covid-19 recovered family member(as per Doctor's advise)

    good video, how to know the oxygen measurements off the patient, any indicator? I've just got the device today

      Hi, thank you for reaching out to us. The patient will have their required oxygen level prescribed by their care provider. Once you have this prescribed information, you can adjust the level by turning the knob on the top of the flow meter until the ball is centered on the line marking the specific flow rate.     My device start to make hissing noise as if compressor is leaking air after some seconds after switch on. Please is this normal during operation?

    What if there is no filter in the back of your oxygen machine and you're just breathing or just pumping out regular are what what does it do what does

    I use this with my bipap. I also have a pulse enogen g5. I am traveling on a plane. I will need to bring both as my bipap needs constant flow. Is the everflo FAA approved?

    After running a little bit I get a constant alarm then I’ll shut it off and restart only to have it happen again forcing me to not use it. I have a new filter and used canned air to clean slotted vents on the sides of the unit and it’s in a clean smoke free house. Also when I start the unit only thr green light is on…any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated

So, in America it may run ~8hr. but if i take this to Japan, till be different run time? how can it even know what country its in? is the amount of extracted O2 different in some places? confused.. I would think being able to answer run time would be simple.. :)

      Rushabh, they have this in two varients us/Japan Eu/India. Us varients need 120v 60hz while India's 230 50hz. If you end up buying 120v 60. You need to buy stepdown converter from 230v 50hz to 120v 60hz. They cost about 4k INR and you'll find them in Amazon. But best is to find 230v 50hz

    It's so funny this video. The host spend so much time talking about the humidifier? Who needs it anyway?
    Not enough time attention spent on how one actually gets the oxygen into the body. Now, is it an oxygen concentrator or not? This is the reason why I bought it for : OXYGEN
    Does one get oxygen from the tube with double open-ended tubing? Please answer the questions here and don't direct me to FB, twitter, fancy websites, etc. to look for an answer.
    What does adjust the flow of the oxygen actually mean ?

      I think they don’t like answering the questions at all, seem to just be putting everyone off. I’ll be talking to my oxygen provider to find a company with better support. The video and unanswered concerns of the customers here is beyond ridiculous.

    If we carry PHILIPS RESPIRONICS Ever Flo to USA(which is purchased in India) the Indian Plug (with 3 pins round ones) where as in USA Plug Socket has 2 pins (Straight pins only) How to make our Indian bought Philips Respironics use with an extra International Socket .Will the POC works with that arrangement(Indian 3 pin Plug with International Socket to enable to use in USA).Please suggest us,as my wife is dependent on Oxygen .She is not able to make use of it,as we had only Plug only. Kindly suggest/guide how to go about.

    Is there a way to disable the startup alarm? It's SO loud and my wife only uses hers at night with her cpap. So every night we have to listen to this ear piercing BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP. It's quite ridiculous and serves no real purpose on startup. If something is wrong, have it beep then.
