Pro tip: I used to use a full face mask, but the full face hybrid does a better job of keeping your mouth shut and encouraging nose-breathing, which is better for you in many ways. Give it a go.
After trying standard masks, then nasal pillow masks, I purchased a Tap Pap mask and it is perfect for me. The Tap Pap is strapless, consisting of a mouthguard with a sturdy plastic strip going comfortably between your lips, and it holds a very stable nasal pillow contraption. I never get leaks. No mask marks. Just consistent CPAP therapy.
I don't think so. using a CPAP device should only become relevant when an actual sleep doctor has diagnosed you with any type/degree of sleep apnea. it's not a good idea to use it if you haven't officially been diagnosed.
Hi thanks for watching! If you're looking for nasal cushion masks, here are some options to try: ResMed AirFit N30, Fisher & Paykel Eson 2, Philips DreamWisp, and Respironics Wisp. These offer a different fit from the DreamWear but still feature nasal cushions for comfort. Hope this helps!
I will be getting the Resmed this friday for the first time. Thanks for this information on masks. Very helpful.

Thanks for the feedback! We're so glad you enjoyed it.
This may be a strange question but someone has not been diagnosed with sleep apnea, would it still be a good idea to use a c-pap or not? Thanks 🙂
