So many people have told you about why you should go abroad for your MBBS but there are downsides of MBBS which nobody tells you.

Why should one study MBBS from abroad?
MBBS from abroad is not for everyone especially not for the one who wants easy things.
You should know that after completion of MBBS from abroad, 12500 students sit for FMGE exam (taken by MCI) and only 3000 students clear to become medical practitioners.
Getting a seat in Foreign Universities is just beginning after which you should complete the small benchmarks like studying every subject in detail, taking course and internship seriously, clearing the local examination as taken in countries like Philippines- NMAT, even some Russian Universities take entry Exam.
However Studying MBBS from abroad have some obvious benefits:
In India 11 lakh students sit for NEET exam and it has only 25000 govt. seats which means only 2% students get admission. But if you are a competent foreign doctor you have a 25% chance of becoming a doctor here as our of 12500 students 3000 students clear the FMGE.
Get international Exposure and you can explore the specialty and super specialty options there.
Budget compared to private university which charges 70-90 laks is just 1/3rd, you can study MBBS in 20 lakhs only.

My answer is long. But it's a true and heartfelt note to my juniors considering going to countries like russia for their MBBS. I hope you read till the end.
I did my mbbs from india. Few of my very close friends wentto russiafor mbbs. I'll sincerely tell you what I've got to know all these years. Everyone has told you about the pros and cons bla bla. Now I shall speak the reality.
When I was in the 1st year, it was REALLY REALLY a hard time beacuse just cracking NEET isn't the end of the struggle. We struggle with the HUGE amount of syllabus, trying to cram in the large amount of info in a small amount of time. By large amount I mean really VERY vast. 11th and 12th was nothing in front of this. So, I was preparing for my class test in 1st yr. Anyone who's passed 1st yr will know how hard anatomy is. You need to know evey structure passing though every fucking foramen and you can't afford to miss even one tiny detail in a bone or else you'll fail. So I was tensed as it was the first time I hadn't got the time to complete the syllabus, forget revisions. So I talked to my friends on the phone one night before the exams, and I told them how tensed I was. And one of my friends replied "yeah dude the syllabus is very tough. Our teacher gave us homework too. She told us to learn the names of all the bones and come."
Btw, this was after it had been three months of them joining the course.
Are you fucking kidding me? Is this senior kg? You might think I'm kidding but trust me guys, THIS is what you need to know before taking admission in russia, or if you're a UG from India and these people demotivate you saying that you wasted you life preparing for neet when they chilled and got the same thing without any efforts. It's NOT the same.
We study day and night, not saying you don't enjoy in college. I did. But on the cost of my sleep. Because you can either choose to chill and study, or sleep and study. You can't leave studying because the huge amount of syllabus won't let you. I'm not trying to demoralise you, but all I'm saying is you'll learn to juggle betwewn fun and studies, and hence, you'll learn to live life.
And these people from russia, all they do is go out every fucking day, drinking, clubbing, sleeping around with different people everyday, getting pregnant, abortions, worsening health, photoshoots, fishing and never ending college celebrations. Anyone who has a friend in russia, ask them, kabhi kuch padhai ka dala hai inhone? Russian mbbs students chill more than a B.A. in india would.
Talking about other subjects, they just have to get 50% attendence and they'll be declared pass without appearing for the exam. In india your attendence has to be atleast 75% in order to just sit for the exam. In paeds, they were told to make charts for sticking in the ward (1chart per person) and they didn't have to appear for the exam. For oncology, they were given a booklet of 250MCQs and told that 50 will be asked in the exam. That's it. THAT WAS THE EXAM. The only paper they appeared for had 50 mcqs from the given question bank. And yet they all failed. You know, in india, if you fail even by 0.5 marks you have to repeat an entire year. These people get 3chances for clearing an exam(if they have to appear for it in cases like their attendence isn't 50%), and you get 6months back only when you fail the third attempt.
All I'd been hearing all these years was " final sem mein bahut padhna padta hai" and here they are, boozing around playing cricket in their final sem, so hard yo.
These people don't even know the basics. If you don't trust me, try talking to them about medical conditions and see them switching the topic in the blink of the eye! It's just a waste of 6years of your life. You can go if you want to enjoy your 20s and fool your parents about how much hard work you're doing as a med student.
Also, in case you don't know, russian candidates aren't taught with the foreign students. Ever wondered why? Because they don't want such useless doctors in their country. The quality of education differes. And and and, last but not the least, they don't get to do internship in russia because, obviously, why will they want to risk their patients life by putting them in the hands of people who don't even know the fucking basics? In india, we are given our graduate degrees and permanent registration number after our internship is done. These people call themselves a graduate without interning, and without having a clue of what mbbs is all about!
Now you must be knowing, why the percentage of MCI screening never exceeds more than 10%. Do you think these people will ever be able to clear it? That's why they always crib about removing the screening test. Because they don't have the capability to clear it in a thousand years to come.
If you really want to become a "doctor" in true sense, I'd suggest you to work hard and get a seat in india. Because that will make you a doctor and not this bullshit they call "foreign graduates". Think about it.

But for all carrebian country's and south America there is no need of mcat and sat
U can directly take admission according to your marks of 12
But what I got after all my research on American(carrabean countries )...it lacks good infrastructure and faculty

If u want to pursue medicine just research well according to Ur concern and choice
And deadline for.admission to any university lies between september to October ...so choose good one for u ........by the way

exit exam and mci screening is 2 complete different things .... exit exam is proffs of final yr. on same day. ..... mci screening is a complete mcq based 150/300 req. .... and level of toughness will also be different

जिसमे mci pass hone का सच मे मे दम है वही बाहर mbbs करणे जाये
मेरा पहचान के 5-6दोस्त है,घर की खेती बिक कर वो china से mbbs करके आये है,4-5 साल से mci तो pass हुये नही,तो घर से बाहर दुसरे शहरो मे मुह chupake बैठे है, ना कोई job ना कोई प्रॅक्टिस. और हा अब शादी के लिये उन्हे 12th pass लडकी मिलना भी मुश्किल हो गया है.

No exit exam. Final professional exam will be considered as exit exam.
NMC bill was submitted with two points specifically rejected.
1. No exit exams for indian medical graduates
2. No bridge course for alternative medical graduates.
So, the fear of exit exams is being propogated by parties with vested interests.
