Most of our MBBS graduate's level of medical or clinical knowledge are so poor that they won't pass the MBBS exams of Russian medical schools or for that matter UK or medical schools.They are only marginally better than the pharmacist,com pounders or medical Lab technician!.This being the case,the MCI conduct a very tough exam for foreign qualified that only a MD or MS grad can pass!.Why the hell MCI don't conduct same exam and announce that only who pass their exams will be given license to practice?.

The proposal of mci exam for Indian graduates show that the govt doesn't trust it's own education system and that is why most of the toppers from medical clgs settle abroad and India is in this state of poor health facilities. why are you are miss guiding students about mci screening exam it is not a easiest exam , do you know the pass percentage of June 2017 mci screening exam ( fmge ) it is only 6% that means out of 100 only 6 students passing the exam. this exam is of level of Pg entrance exam. its better to prepare or drop again to get admission in government medical colleges. if you really to save your money and time. bcoz in abroad Russia MBBS is of 6 years duration without internship & its not gurrentee that you will pass you MBBS in 6 years, there are many students who are failed by foreign universities bcoz they also need money , it means that if u are not good in studies then it may be take 7 to 8 years only to complete MBBS their. if u completed MBBS then u become eligible for giving mci exam , if u pass in this then only you permitted to do internship india & with out internship your degree is not valid in India. so If u are intelligent student then only for u duration of course is 7 years ( 6 years MBBS in Russia + 1 year internship in India total 7 years ) plus minimum expenditure in Russia is 20 lakhs. >> you know in India MBBS is only 4.5 years +1 year internship total 5.5 years. so if u are giving two years after +2 for preparing neet ug its not a problem bcoz 5.5 years + 1years coaching = 6 years which is even less than 7 years of Russian MBBS including internship . fee in Indian government colleges is only 2-3 lahks for complete MBBS. so preparing for entrance exam is a good option to make your parents to feel proud... work hard never loose your hopes..

now mci screening test which is known as FMGE is going to be replicated with NEXT exam, and new rules are yet to come but the rumors are that NEXT score will decide the PG neet rank as well. But an official news is yet to come so as of now yes you will have to write NEXT and PG neet separately

Most of the medical teaching staff never teach basics in India n jumps to direct clinical subjects .. fmge question asked by NBE is more than pg level , where a students may require medical council registration with internship and minimum 2 to 3 year practice. Because of 1 worst exam like fmge , students loses continuity of the field. I suggest Russia is a good country to study medicine if u wish to settle anywhere other than India .
