Here are 5 things I never knew when I started my aviation career. Coming from an experience of about 11 years of flying big jets for airlines, these are deep things that no one talks about, not just regular stuff like costly training and good salary.

Uniform + Hands On Controls = Joy of Flying ☺

Detailed vedio required in which u tell what to study in cpl nd what after that?
For the CPL you need to study the required theory subjects and complete the DGCA exams.
The DGCA exams are:
- Air Regulations
- Aviation Meteorology
- Air Navigation
- Technical General
- Technical Specific
and you also need to give an RTR exam (Radio Telephony Restricted).
For the DGCA exams these books are usually recommended:
Meteorology:

Air regulations:
R K Bali: Air Regulations for CPL/ATPL
Technical general:

And finally when you have completed the actual flight training you need to take a checkride and show that you can control the aircraft and you know all the required procedures you have learned during the training. After successfully completing the checkride you can apply for your CPL.
Airlines usually announce new vacancies on their websites in the career section.
When you have received your CPL you can apply for a job.
If you decide to get a type rating (for example, Airbus A320 or Boeing 737 type rating) you can do it after you have received your CPL.

Bro becoming a pilot is useless now it casts 80-90 lakhs now but tbh you can still become pilot by giving physics and maths exam from nios
What you said the last point. I thought about it long back. CVR will record everything. So i have an alternate option I don't know how feasible it is. If it's quite necessary to talk smth else that might impact negatively in this career, can FO and Capt. just pass papers among each other writing the things they want to discuss ? I want to know your answer captain. Is it possible ?

😂 This is insane. The CVR audits account for conversations related to Flight Duties and not otherwise, unless there is a reported incident. In layman's terms, these Audits mostly focus on effective CRM - Cockpit Resource Management best practices and improvements. A Pilot's focus on the job also aligns with level of distractions and that includes unwarranted topic of discussion that may result in disruption of duties. Remember, there is so much to monitor- RT, Weather, Traffic etc.
Back to your point, exchange of papers... lol what are you trying to invent? Theres only 60 seconds in a minute. Literally no time and mind for other stuff except some short witty conversations to keep up the spirit and fresh mind.
@@vindypilot I believe you forgot there is a flight phase called cruising, that for long haul flights lasts almost for 4-5 hrs (so 4×3600 seconds isn't it a pretty big number??). So don't you think there is a pretty good possibility of flight non related convos? Is it necessary to continuously monitor the ND just to get traces of traffic in white colour, and weather radar other than red and magenta returns while flying in cruise in a clean and clear weather? (and about CAT?, its not detectable by wxr as far as i know) How frequent RT communication goes in cruise? You may be a highly experienced pilot so know better than me..
But as an aspiring pilot and aerospace engineering student I think exchange of paper is quite possible in those above mentioned cases.. it's just an idea came from my small brain without bothering too much about what I am trying to invent. I feel It's a very expensive word that might go better with you. Good day and safe landings fellow...
@@AnikBhowmickaeb Sky is no longer empty buddy, pretty packed, unlike the happy jolly cross country flights in a small prop on VFR in a less dense airspace. Your reference to 4-5 hours cruise are typical international and are super packed too. So no room for "secret chit chats" in any format, unless there is a "special" agenda. I personally will not recommend any sort of agenda that detracts the Primary Duties nor encourage one. Of course we do chit chat to keep our minds a bit relaxed but never dwell into an unwarranted agenda. Btw, just for awareness, tune into live ATCs along with Flight Radar sites on the internet. It will be super exciting to understand behind the scenes how things correlate and pan out (unlike what you see in movies or home flight sims) Also watch files on NTSB investigations etc and that will give you some scintillating perspectives on the plain white space that simply appears empty from far :)

Yes, I know many pilots who just fly the line and avoid becoming trainers. You have the freedom to choose your role in the airlines, seniority permitting.

@@purnimakalaga8562 There are last minute changes and very odd timings for flights.. I'm not saying this without my experience.. They can have midnight flights and then early morning flights.. In aviation the body and health becomes a toy to play with.. Pilots and including aviation industry misses out birthdays funerals etc etc given that if they don't report sick that too if the roster planner agrees on or you have an OFG
@@purnimakalaga8562 Absolutely,the roaster is uploaded for whole month and there are no "last minute changes" airline can only ask for help when you are standby and we have full authority to decline and emergency situation there is always option for sick leave,even after night flying which you will be doing,they cant exceed about 5-7 hr of workload after which ample time is given to rest..Dont know what the guy above was trying to prove with random nonsense...There are golden day offs which are also ample for recreation and all.
@@349_rahulbhattacharya6 Bro either you are too young or too rigid to understand,Full month schedule is ahead of time and you can literally plan for birthday and parties before hand,for emergency,unless its last minute you can apply as sick with no question asked.There are for instance that flight might be planned on festival or something but you do what you gotta do,all pilots are mentally prepared and its not some preschool that is for enjoyment.Saying that we have no life is just being ignorant, believe me crew's life is better than what most people can imagine.
