  • A customer asked me if I would take a look at their single phase fan blower as it wasn't working. I believe the blower is for a bouncy castle.

    I've repaired loads of these domestic blowers and the commercial grade 1.5hp bouncy castle blowers.
    Most of the time it's damaged wiring and/or the capacitor that's gone.
    I use Wago connectors to rejoin the wires on the blowers that don't have a junction box with terminals on.

    Why don’t you put a fastaner on the propeller blades to make it spin unbalanced??

    Awesome video. Great job! Could the capacitor fail if the weather outside is 40+ degrees C? Would heat possibly do it?

      Hi Santiago, sorry I can’t. I repaired this blower for a customer, and it was returned to them months ago.

    My fan blades won't come off and that's the part the video just skipped is it supposed to just pop out easily

      Hi Amber, they should come off fairly easily. Try using WD40. Leave it for a while and try again.

    is it have a fuse inside the motor rewind

    • @pwaelectricalltd29
      @pwaelectricalltd29  Рік тому

      Hi, there’s no fuse inside the winding. There should be a fuse in the plug top, at least in the UK.

      Hi Jamie, try spraying some WD40 on the shaft near the key. Leave for a minute then just apply some hand pressure behind the blades and pull it off.
