How do you make sure the die surface could be dry when dissasembling after the cooler & liqued installed, and making sure it won't spill onto the pcb?

Great question. Our SmartPlates are fully sealed like a traditional cold plate. Our SmartLids are mostly permanently sealed to the package (work with companies at the package-level).

I had this idea before but was told you needed a cooler to have surface area to cool.
