Since the cardboard is so inexpensive, I'd splurge on a custom rectangle piece of tempered glass that fit the entire length. Other than that I think it's gorgeous.

I think you would have gotten a better result by starting with a compass to do the curves. Also, there are design programs that let you make a design you can print up. Splits pattern onto standard sized paper you tape together for full size.

I think so, she's been re-uploading some older videos since she started the mentorship thing. Some of the videos are exact, but others seem to have newer methods, so the same item but refilmed with updates.
