I'm a nobody (except an avid listener of this music and EDM) but can I leave some constructive comments?
Your ambient and melodic game is peak. You gotta develop that more and bring it to the forefront. Just judging by this song you've got a knack for it already, moreso than a lot of other artists in the scene. Sewerslvt-esque in a way.
Drum programming is great but could be mixed into the tune a bit better. There's too much high frequency in the high hats and cymbals in particular that it kind of sounds too "hissy" if that makes sense, like one sharp continual hiss when the beat picks up.
I would like to encourage the use of more realistic sounding drums and cymbals unless purposefully eschewed for a stylistic choice. It's an element I feel takes this kind of music to the next level but is not often used.
Keep it up.
@@RockSolitude this was indeed inspired by sewerslvt and yes the style of the drums was a choice, but keep in mind dnb is not all i make :)) i tend to jump between genres and the next release will be something very different. it goes much harder as well imo so stay tuned

Okay so I'm putting my edit down here but i heard more comments helps the algorithm boost videos. So like pretty quickly into the prod. I noticed this was music w/o vocals, so i switched my brain into music listener mode and i started enjoying it much more. Halfway into the song i'd fully transitioned into the right mentality to listen to this song and it just made it so much better, each drop was something different, there was always something unexpected... I just loved this overall and it is a shame that it's not bigger than it already is.

@@adam3896 some model from seaart (i think). this was probably the last track where i used it heavily though. i know at least the album cover art will be ai-free and i’m trying to gradually minimize my use of that tech in general. after all, i’m an artist as well so using it feels kinda wrong
