Fishing with MOM and DAD!! Mutton Snapper Catch, Clean, and Cook on the Half Shell!

We start out the day catching our own bait, then anchor in 50 feet of water where we have nonstop fishing action! We lost a lot of BIG fish, but we managed to catch 2 legal size mutton snapper, a big Yellowjack as well as a few sharks. I meet you back at the fillet table to fillet the snapper then whip up one of my new favorite recipes! I made blackened mutton on the half shell with a mandarin salsa, and coconut rice! Highly recommend, it was delicious!!
