Actually in this case the girl is Actually infertile after three test so , her husband alligation is true .that's why there is no need of boy checkup because he proved themselve right .. i know whats she try to say , but in judicialy if prosecutor proved themselve right & defence have no matter to say , the case is dismissed on point ... thats why she not tested men bcz their is no need.. the cheif women say this "ladki ka 3 3 baar karwadiya aur ladke 1 baar bhi nahi" bcz her faminist ego got trigerd or maybe something else . Panel chief is not fit for the position, She should have heard the police woman, instead of asking her to get out. Should have understood the reason, and then provided a solution. Well I find this to be absolutely reasonable. Police officers has to tolerate insults and criticisms from public by law, then why not from politicians. Also from their communication it seems that the officer might have done something wrong (by mistake). In this case it is normal for a politician to get angry. Don't always uplift police officers, just because they have come through some certain exams.
That's how exactly what we feel when those police officers bully us....!

The senior officers didn't defend their junior inspector which is even more understandable and really shows how much the civil servant was right to scold that inspector

I would not jump to conclusions but looks like the lady in the chair is throwing her pounds around - maybe the press and cameras were there. It is sad to see the investigators seniors present and they did nothing to extricate their junior who was being pushed around. They should have asked for concrete complaints and fairly assessed them. If the investigator was at fault there are the effeciency and discipline rules to take care of things not hot air treatment like we see. It is not a matter of an individual officer being humiliated but this investigator has on a uniform that represents the State of India and as such should not be put to shame. The lady in the chair needs to be educated on how to conduct such meetings.

Possible in this case, the wife didn't want a divorce for a fake accusation on her that she is physically unfit... Due to that, she asked for police help...

If the man said no to checkup then that should be taken as NO. Same goes for the other if woman wasn't forced for checkup and consentualy did the checkup, I don't think there is anything wrong here.

The case was not of rape... Actually, the case is of kaithal where a husband wanted to separate from his wife citing she is not physically fit to give birth to his child... The police cop took both the husband and wife to the hospital and got the wife tested 3 times whether we was fit or not but didn't check her husband even once whether he himself was fit enough.. Being a lady herself, this enraged the deptt. director about how a person can unilaterally wish to leave whole responsibility of his wife and seek separation from her on baseless grounds.... It's a sad truth of our society that it's difficult for a divorced women and that too a woman who has been divorced on the grounds of being physically unfit to remarry to another person... The life of that wife be become like hell... In that time, the police cop is still conducting test on test of the wife but didn't get the husband tested even once... Why?? This was the main reason why the director got enraged..

Aggression will never get positive results. If the lady police would’ve been punished in a proper way by the books then it was possible that she might do her work better in the future after realising her mistake. But the way she is humiliated in front of the department like a servant is really ridiculous. That’s the reason she gave it back, she didn’t learn anything and might not do her job well even in the future too… so no positive results, the chairperson failed here to do her job properly
