The Collada file you import needs to have different materials applied to it (the color doesn't matter, just that the objects have distinctive colors/materials), and then you have to be in material edit mode to select those different colored objects which are grouped based on material
Really helpful! :D
Thank you!
how did you select a specific area on your model to edit after you clicked material? It selects my whole building for me

I am getting an error in exporting
it says as THE FILE WRITING PLUGIN FAILED
what can i do ?
Very good
Lumion doesn't recognize the different rhino layers I have when I try to change the material for something it changes the whole model
Hey, I am facing the same problem did you find any solution?
You have to apply a different material to each layer. Lumion only differenciates materials, not layers.
Hi, how can i get the student version?
Apply for an educational license on the Lumion website: lumion.com/educational-licenses.html
How did you apply your material in Rhino fast?
Not bad
:)
i dont see why some say this is faster than vray
They're just all different products - degree of difficulty, program compatibility, learning curves, render times etc
