I love that the bedroom is big enough for a bed desk and clothes storage. It's great to see a glassed-in shower!
I can appreciate that the pivot feature of the main door is a bit of a novelty and conversational starter, but to me, it seems less secure than a more traditional door. Even in countries with very low rates of theft people still, focus on security around doors. I might be wrong. It might be just as secure as regular doors, but it feels less so because it gives two openings when you open it.
It is nice that there was space set aside for massage. This way you can have the massage therapist come to you while still maintaining the privacy of your home. I know there are great and affordable options for this service. Seeing hands I believe is one such company.

I think the idea is that you have laundry-in-unit. At 5:02 in the video, he points out space for a washer and dryer. Laundry-in-unit is much better than a common laundry room. I have heard of people staying in bad relationships just because their partner had laundry machines in the apartment.
I think most people are over the difficulties of laundry rooms ( going back and forth, hoping no one left their stuff in a machine, hoping no one touches your stuff, running into neighbors you'd rather avoid.).
ALSO I have heard that you can get really affordable laundry service in Rwanda like people will pick it up for you and deliver it clean etc.
